Hi, I'm Stephanie, the human behind Pet Portrait Couture.

I'm an award-winning fine art portrait photographer with more than 20 years of experience creating portraits for people and the pets they love. That same artistic approach guides every custom portrait I create, from the composition and styling to the expression, color palette, artistic refinements, and emotional impact of the finished artwork.

Pet Portrait Couture was inspired by my lifelong love of animals and my nearly 17-year-old soul dog, Betsey, whom I lost in 2026. It is a heart project and a love letter to the animals who become part of our stories, fill our homes with personality, and leave pawprints on our hearts long after they're gone.

Whether your portrait is classic, whimsical, royal, minimalist, colorful, or couture-inspired, my goal is to create a meaningful piece of art that celebrates your favorite companion.

Dogs, cats, horses, birds, reptiles, and every beloved companion in between are welcome here.

Every portrait begins with your pet's photo and is thoughtfully designed, artistically refined, and carefully finished with an experienced portrait photographer's eye. Some portraits are elegant. Some are sentimental. Some are completely ridiculous in the best possible way. But every single portrait is created with love and intention because sometimes our pets are the ones who carry us through the hardest parts of being human.
