Most portraits are completed within 2 to 4 weeks after your artwork has been approved.

Printed artwork typically requires an additional 3 to 7 business days for professional production before shipping.

If you need your portrait by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order. I'll gladly let you know whether your requested timeline can be accommodated.

Orders are shipped throughout the United States using trusted carriers selected by my professional printing partners.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order and destination.

Once your artwork has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Every print, canvas, and framed piece is professionally packaged to help protect it during transit.

While damage during shipping is uncommon, please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• the damaged artwork

• the packaging

• the shipping box

I'll work with my print partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
